At Party Complex, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our customers while protecting our business operations. Please read this policy carefully before making a reservation.

Standard Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 7+ Days Before Event
If you cancel your reservation 7 or more days before your scheduled event date, you will receive:
- Full refund of your deposit to the original payment method, OR
- Full credit toward a future rental (valid for 12 months)
Cancellations 3-6 Days Before Event
Cancellations made 3-6 days before your event:
- 50% refund of your deposit, OR
- Full credit toward a future rental (valid for 12 months)
Cancellations Less Than 3 Days Before Event
Cancellations made less than 3 days (72 hours) before your event:
- Deposit is non-refundable
- 50% credit toward a future rental may be issued at management discretion
No-Shows
If we arrive for delivery and cannot complete setup due to customer unavailability, locked gates, or other customer-caused issues, the full rental amount is non-refundable.
Weather Policy
We take weather safety seriously. Our weather policy is designed to protect you and your guests:
Rain
If rain is forecasted for your event, we will contact you to discuss options. You may:
- Reschedule to any available date at no additional charge
- Receive a full refund of all payments
- Proceed with the event if conditions are safe (light rain may allow operation)
High Winds
Inflatables cannot be operated safely in winds exceeding 15-20 mph. If high winds are present:
- We may delay setup until conditions improve
- If conditions don't improve, free rescheduling or full refund is provided
- If winds develop during your event, we may need to deflate equipment for safety
Severe Weather
In cases of severe weather (hurricanes, tropical storms, lightning), your safety is our priority:
- Full refund or free rescheduling, no questions asked
- We will proactively contact you if severe weather is forecasted
Rescheduling Policy
We offer flexible rescheduling options:
- 7+ days notice: Free rescheduling to any available date
- 3-6 days notice: Rescheduling available with $50 fee
- Less than 3 days: Subject to availability and management approval
- Weather-related: Always free rescheduling
Rescheduled events must occur within 12 months of the original date. Date changes are subject to availability.
Refund Process
When a refund is approved:
- Credit card refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles
- Cash payments are refunded via check within 10 business days
- Credits are applied to your account immediately
Modifications to Reservations
Need to change your order? Here's how modifications work:
- Adding items: Subject to availability, additional charges apply
- Removing items: Refund or credit for removed items (standard cancellation timeline applies)
- Changing items: Price adjustments may apply based on new selections
- Time changes: Same-day time changes are usually accommodated at no charge
Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of:
- Medical emergencies
- Death in the family
- Other extraordinary circumstances
Please contact us directly. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and strive to be compassionate and understanding.

To cancel or reschedule your reservation:

- Email us at gellyballmiami@gmail.com with your reservation details
- Include your name, event date, and reservation number
Cancellation requests are processed in the order received. You will receive confirmation of your cancellation or rescheduling via email.
